"Why Healing Matters in Today's World”

What is healing?

1. Physical healing:

Sign -Physical injuries, illnesses, or diseases.

Solution: Medical treatments, therapies, and natural body healing processes.

2. Emotional healing-

Sign - Grief, anxiety, or past experiences that have caused psychological distress.

Solution- Self-reflection or practices like mindfulness.

3. Spiritual healing: 

Sign- a sense of meaning, purpose, and connection within oneself or the universe.

Solution: meditation, prayer, mindfulness

4. Mental healing:

Sign- stress, depression.

Solution: therapy, education, and medication

 5. Social healing

Sign: misunderstanding, fight, shitty talk, xyz

Solution: understanding, reconciliation, forgiveness of yourself, and others

  • Why healing is necessary?

Let's say you have gone through something and a major trauma or small fight with anyone. If you haven't healed, that means that energy is stored in your body, mind, and soul. You are not feeling peace or a sense of calmness. 

  • How will u identify what you want to heal?

Relax your body and mind. Ask yourself questions like-

  • The things that happened when you were a kid still affect how you feel now
( This is just a reference question to ask. I am talking about childhood trauma, a fight with your parents, what wrong your parents or society did to you, break up, losing someone you loved, or u-phase challenges every day, and many more because everyone has their journey.)

Steps to heal-

  1. Forgiveness and Letting Go: Whatever happens to you, forgive yourself and other people, even your parents, first loved ones, or social people. Example: start journaling, talk to friends, show gratitude, and look for positive outcomes.

  1. Nature and Physical Activity: I highly recommend spending time in nature, expressing gratitude to nature, the earth, birds, trees, and the sun gives you hope when you see this thing from different perspectives. Set something for yourself to achieve, like exercise, running, yoga, or going to the gym, because little movement is needed for body movement.

3. Spirituality and Faith: Whether you believe in god, the universe, energy, higher self, divine power, XYZ, you name it... believe in positivity. These are the things that are guiding you, not against you. believe in yourself, supreme, hope, faith, and things will work out (mindset).

Remember, your soul is on a journey. What is the soul? The soul is full of purity, peace, calmness, happiness, and eternal love. It will never change. Learn the concept of the soul in your way (research).

4. Creative Expression: Art therapy, music, dance, writing.

5. Therapeutic Relationships: Counselling, therapy

( If you do not heal from it. It will create a disease in your body because that energy is still there, creating a lack of negative thoughts, beliefs, and mindsets.)

Example -Let's say you have a small disease.

Ask yourself what kind of emotion or negative pattern you have stored in your mind? Whatever answer comes, believe in it and start healing by applying

1) Forgiveness.

2) Changing your mental pattern into a positive regarding disease.

3) Letting go of that energy by saying healing I AM HEALED.

 It will immediately start healing, and your body will start feeling light.

  • When you are healed, these are the signs you will see.

1) Clarity and Perspective: With better clarity towards life, your perspective will change.

2) Emotional well-being: Strong enough to handle another emotional damage with better understanding.

3) Physical health: Your perspective on your health changes completely.

Example: 1) healing is taking place inside my body. 2) I am grateful for my body, mind, and soul. 3) You love yourself. 4) You will only use positive words. 5) You will never criticize your body, mind, soul, or capability.

4) Relationships:

Understanding and soul perspective living with every human being. It will create a sense of connectivity, empathy, and compassion.

5) Personal Growth:

Increase self-improvement, self-analysis, knowing your healthy boundaries

6) Spiritual Connection: the sense of divinity constantly

7) Quality of Life:

Change your outlook towards life and sense of gratitude for abundance mindset.

CONCLUSION-
