"Spiritual Pathways: Embracing Positivity"

"Spiritual Pathways: Embracing Positivity"

“Positivity is something in build not an outer effect.”

There are two types of mind, one is the monkey mind and another is the monk mind.

1.  Monkey Mind: The monkey mind is a restless, unsettled mind, always distracted, impulsiveness, struggling, anxiety, stressful, and lack of Concentration.

2.  Monk Mind: The Monk mind is full of kindness, clarity, and inner peace, full of focused mindset that practices mindfulness, meditation, and positivity.

Every single person has their own agenda, assumptions, and theories for seeing things from their perspective. Positiveness is something you give and receive as a form of kindness and good thoughts.  So we should always spread a bunch of positivity around us and to ourselves because we don't know when those "words" make an impact on our lives.

One day, me and my friend were sitting at the riverfront site at night. She was merry at the age of 18, so yeah, it is still happening.

We were talking about dreams, and I asked, What's your dream?

She said I don't have any, but I used to dream a lot before marriage. I felt something was off while looking at her eyes, and they were tearing.

I said to her,

Krishna, look at this river.

She said it is beautiful, right?

How the water is flowing constantly, creating beautiful waves!

I said yeah! its beautiful!

  • Krishna, look at the left side of the river; it is narrow and contains grass floating on it. It's your present.

  • Now look at the right side; it's broad and clean, and the water is floating constantly. I said, Its Your Future.

After 2 years, once again, we were sitting at the riverfront, and she said you told me one beautiful line, and I still remember it every single day.

During my tough times, when I was depressed, I kept reminding myself that I had a better future, and that line says it all. NOW. I am happy and have a dream too.

So, We don't know which words are impactful and which aren't! So choose your words precisely and be kind.

  •  Practice a positive mindset daily.

1) Have a 360-degree perspective; broaden your vision and wisdom.

2) Look for positive solutions rather than problems.

3) Do not be hard on yourself. You are a human being too.

4) Have faith in life. Even a single raindrop has the power to nourish the land, and so we do.

  • Benefits of Positive Mindset:

1) Increase resilience

2) Improve mental health.

3) Improve our all well being.

4) YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE, AT THE RIGHT TIME, AND IN THE RIGHT SITUATION.

Abundance mindset vs. scarcity mindset:

Shifting from a scarcity mindset, where you believe there's a limited amount of resources, opportunities, or success available, to an abundance mindset, where you believe there's enough for everyone, can open up possibilities and attract positive experiences into your life. It encourages gratitude, collaboration, and a focus on possibilities rather than limitations.

THATS IT FOR TODAY, I WISH YOU ALL THE SUCCES AND ABUNDANCE IN YOUR LIFE.

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.
